The main house is a collection of premium facilities including open plan kitchen, spectacular dining room, magnificent sandstone open fireplace, guest lounge/library, open bar, wine cellar, private day spa, outdoor infinity pool and poolside pizza oven for casual al-fresco dining.
The magnificent dining room incorporates authentic earthy interiors and unique bespoke soft furnishings, including handmade Busatti linen inspired by the colours and textures of the surrounding landscape and hand-engraved signature cutlery. The mud-brick walls, sandstone floors and large open fireplace connect the building to the earth and make you feel safe and warm like in a warm cocoon.
The property is surrounded by bush and water, from quintessential golden beaches to private, pristine bays.

Ideal for couples, this intimate and sophisticated one bedroom split level pavilion boasts a luxurious king size bed and spacious indoor and outdoor living areas which include a wood combustion fireplace, luxurious bathroom with shower and heated flooring, heated plunge pool & outdoor double day bed.

Set high up on top of the main residence this pavilion is in the penthouse position. This luxurious one bedroom pavilion is complete with a king size bed and stunning views across the Bouddi escarpment over to the sparkling waters of the bay. Relax on the private balcony complete with double day bed, flowing sheer curtains & outdoor firepit. There is a large walk through robe and luxurious travertine bathroom complete with magnificent copper bath & heated flooring.
This pavilion overlooks the deck area and the communal guest pool of the main house.

This one bedroom romantic hideaway boasts luxurious interiors and lounge area complete with a king size bed, a wood-burning fireplace and huge walk through robe. The luxurious bathroom has a gorgeous black cast iron slipper bath, heated flooring & twin shower. A large private outdoor deck, double day bed, heated plunge pool are yours to enjoy whilst outdoors.

The Retreat is the largest of the four pavilions. This superb retreat is spread over two levels offering a separate living space upstairs with wood burning fireplace and powder room, whilst downstairs is a generous king size bedroom and luxury bathroom with bath, separate shower with heated flooring. Outside is your heated plunge pool, double day bed and expansive private patio with bay & escarpment views.

Pretty Beach House offers tailored exclusive-use options for intimate groups of 8. At our world-class lodge, even a small corporate event feels like a prized incentive thanks to the highly personalised service, the gastronomy experience, the luxurious bespoke interiors, the deep connection to the earth and the mesmerising natural surrounds of mother nature.
The property is one of the most private and luxurious properties available for exclusive-use book outs. Up to 8 guests (4 couples) may be indulged by our exceptional staff as they are wined and dined in the dining room, or guided on a hike as they head out for an indigenous cultural tour.
The lodge has only 4 luxurious pavilions, giving guaranteed privacy for any intimate gathering. The spectacular National Park, local surrounds and waterways offer plenty of outdoor and nature based activities, whilst on-site the world-class food and wine will delight all discerning guests.
In-pavilion comforts include a premium king bed dressed with fine Italian hand-loomed linens, fireplace, underfloor-heating, heated plunge pool, double outdoor day bed and full mini bar stocked with premium wines & spirits.
The luxury lodge is surrounded by natural beauty including several glorious golden beaches and picturesque bays, all easily accessible for hiking expeditions along walking trails & over coastal sandstone cliffs. Indigenous rock art by the local Darkinjung tribe features at the doorstep
of the guesthouse, dating back an incredible 2000 years.
All dining is included as part of the hospitality at Pretty Beach House and is a highlight for most guests.

Creative world-class gastronomic flair create modern Australian menus using locally sourced seafood, outstanding organic produce and native indigenous ingredients, unique to the area. Dining at Pretty Beach House is an experience in itself. We proudly work alongside inspiring local producers and farmers who supply premium produce to our chefs who then create dishes that reflect unique Australia. Chef Dean Jones, gained Michelin star experience at London’s River Café, and he injects the same pride and passion into his art here at Pretty Beach House, as he did there. Bespoke menus change daily and are highly personalised to suit guest’s needs and requirements.
The Main house is designed for relaxation and conviviality where all the senses and sensibilities are inspired from the iconic Australian artworks, to the rustic-chic dining table setting along with stunning bush & bay views. Guests are invited to help themselves from the fully stocked bar and relax before dinner while taking in the stunning coastal vistas.
Guests may choose to dine in the spectacular dining room, casually at the bar or al fresco by the pool on a lovely day or evening.
An extensive range of premium wines, beers and spirits are on offer daily. Each beverage is hand-picked by the house Sommelier to compliment the daily menus. For those looking further afield, the Pretty Beach House wine cellar curated by proprietor Brian Barry is stocked with incredible rare old and new world wines.

Easter 15-18 April 2022 inclusive. Christmas New Year Period December 20 to January 15 inclusive. Add
an additional surcharge $300 per person per night.
No arrivals or departures on Christmas Day. Full book-outs during peak season are POA – From $12,200 per night. Single rates do
not apply during peak seasons.
Children under 13 years are catered for in the case of a full book-out only.
30 days or more prior to arrival no fee or charge, 20-15 days prior to arrival the room rate for one night will apply. 14-0 days prior to arrival the room rate for all cancelled nights will apply.

Minimum stay
All bookings are a minimum of 2 night stay throughout the year.
We happily offer luxury car transfers from Sydney/Newcastle airports or from any Sydney/Newcastle hotel. Seaplane arrivals are also available to make your experience even more memorable and unforgettable and Helicopter Transfers are available on request.
