Cloud 9 is close to the main island of Fiji, Viti Levu and is in the Western Division, closest town being Nadi. It is amongst the waters of Vanua Malolo on Ro Ro Reef. It is only 40-45min boat ride from Port Denarau, a major tourist hub for all transfers, and only a 10 min speed boat ride from Musket Cove, Castaway, Tropica, Likuliku, Plantation Island and Malolo Island Resorts.
Cloud 9 is privileged to float on beautiful Fijian waters and opens its doors (no landing fees required) to everyone that wants to come on board and enjoy this incredible ambience! An experience like no other!
On board Cloud 9 they have a fully stocked bar with International top shelf drinks as well as the local favourites of Fiji Gold, Fiji Bitter and Fiji Rum Co! They also offer delicious cocktails, mocktails and bottled water for purchase.
Cloud9 serves Italian Wood Fire Pizzas on board catering for non-vegetarian, vegetarian and gluten-free guests. These scrumptious pizzas are hand made and cooked by our Fijian chef for your convenience.
Cloud9 offer water sports at an additional charge. Water Sports include parasailing, jet skiing, snorkeling gear and paddle boarding.
Cloud 9 aims to bring the best music to the islands! Depending on the day, Cloud9 have a forward thinking music policy with international DJs playing on board with signature sounds.
Cloud 9 offers reclining day beds, comfortable chairs, tables, long chairs and benches.

Cancellation within 24hours, due to Weather Conditions, Cloud 9 will first attempt to reschedule our guests for another day, should this be impossible according to the individual’s holiday schedule then a full refund will be issued.
For an unexpected injury or sickness, a warranted medical certificate should be presented, for a 50% refund. If the guests are not present on the day of booking, then no refund will be issued.
Should an unforeseeable event occur then 50% will be refunded as costs are incurred to Cloud 9 from our transfer agents. Marine travel between ports to Cloud 9 Fiji can be affected by weather, boat issues or other issues beyond Cloud 9’s control. It is recommend that all guests to purchase travel insurance to cover against issues beyond our control. For events or circumstances beyond control, Cloud 9 will not offer refunds for transfers, or on-board credit.
